Wipro Limited Adopts SAP S/4HANA for Sydney Water

Wipro Limited, one of the leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, simplified its internal operations by adopting S/4HANA. Now, it has announced its successful implementation of SAP’s S/4HANA for Sydney Water. Sydney Water is a corporation owned and managed by the New South Wales Government.

Wipro Limited has integrated Industry-Specific Solution for the Utilities Industry (IS-U), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) for the state-owned corporation.

By utilising SAP S/4HANA, Sydney Water is expected to launch advanced features for its billing services by enabling simplified billing processes. It is also likely to introduce next-generation transformation for its customer self-service. Additionally, other features such as a holistic view of customer data as well as intelligent mobile-based interaction with also are added. These solutions promise to provide users with an interactive interface, plus a 360-degree view of the customer, which could result to increased efficiency in operations and cost of delivery of services.

Sydney Water’s General Manager for Customer Strategy and Regulation. George Hunt said:
