SAP has signed a global agreement to resell a number of WorkForce Software’s cloud-based enterprise workforce management solutions.
The agreement will see three components of WorkForce’s EmpCenter suite – Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduler and Absence Compliance Tracker – under the name SAP Time and Attendance by WorkForce Software.
According to WorkForce, this solution will fill the workforce management gap in SAP’s portfolio, complementing its existing core HR and payroll solutions.
The suite integrates with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, allowing customers to automate complex time, scheduling and leave administration requirements. It will also streamline compliance with wage and hour laws, as well as leave regulations.
