US-based information governance leader, BackOffice Associates, has acquired UK-based consulting firm, CompriseIT, in a move designed to speed and simplify the implementation experience for global enterprise customers starting their SAP S/4HANA journey.
“Our relationship has evolved over the past 18 months and after a series of highly successful customer engagements, we recognised that a union between the two organisations was a natural fit for helping customers accelerate adoption and realise the most value out of SAP S/4HANA,” said David Booth, chairman and CEO, BackOffice Associates.
The acquisition will benefit organisations adopting SAP S/4HANA by combining CompriseIT’s expertise in SAP application-based architecture, platform, user experience and business process automation with BackOffice’s deep data and accelerated adoption capabilities.
The combined organisation will offer customers a full implementation package including a thorough data and system readiness assessment, deployment of the new SAP Fiori user experience, automation of processes, execution of successful SAP S/4HANA projects and preparation of their existing environments for the move to SAP S/4HANA.
“We are very excited to join the BackOffice Associates family and believe the combination of both organisations will offer the global market unprecedented access to end-to-end SAP S/4HANA delivery knowledge,” said Owen Pettiford, previously of CompriseIT, now senior vice president for SAP digital transformation, BackOffice Associates.
