Information governance and data stewardship solution provider BackOffice Associates has opened a new office in Brisbane, expanding its presence beyond its ANZ headquarters in Sydney.

The company already counts Transport for NSW and Orica among its client base, and plans to utilise the new office to support both public and private sectors in the Queensland market for enterprise data management solutions.

“We are excited to expand our ANZ footprint to meet existing and potential growth of the market, and having a dedicated office in Brisbane further signifies our commitment to key customers in Queensland,” said Krish Datta, CEO of Asia Pacific Japan and the Middle East, BackOffice Associates. “The office will also expand our engagements with global partners like SAP and Infor and local partners in the region.”

BackOffice Associates officially launched the company’s data stewardship platform, dspConduct, in ANZ in early 2017, targeting industries including mining and resources, banking and finance, healthcare, education and the public sector.

“Data is fast becoming a critical element of the large business transformation programs taking place in the region. Our increased focus on SAP S/4HANA rollouts is geared to support customers with these migrations,” said Datta. “We are a leader i SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud, SAP Fiori and non-SAP data management systems.”
