Deloitte, in collaboration with SAP Concur, has developed new travel apps—’Deloitte Travel – Ready’ and ‘Deloitte Travel Compliance’—to help businesses ensure effective compliance, automated governance, and real‑time assessment of travel risk. The business travel apps are available on the SAP Concur App Center, according to a release by Deloitte.
‘Deloitte Travel – Ready’ and ‘Deloitte Travel Compliance’ both connect with SAP Concur solutions: Concur Request, Concur Travel, and Concur Expense. The apps were developed through the Deloitte and SAP partnership to help ease business travel and address new remote working needs in today’s new normal.
According to Deloitte, the new solutions will assist in improving the employee experience and will help make conducting cross-border business easier when business travel takes off again.
Deloitte – Travel Ready on SAP Concur App Center
The ‘Deloitte – Travel Ready’ app is intended as a pre-travel risk assessment. The solution focuses on providing a seamless user experience with unparalleled functionality and breadth of coverage that includes:
- linking remote work request and travel bookings in SAP Concur solutions to the compliance process
- real-time assessments during the booking process
- pre-travel notification of immigration and EU cross-border requirements
- guidance on correct documentation in advance of travel
- a list of onscreen do’s and don’ts
- governance and reporting through dashboards
Additionally, ‘Deloitte – Travel Ready’ features global immigration and travel restriction logic (powered by IATA Timatic and Deloitte’s global immigration network) and posted Worker Directive, Tax and Social Security logic.

Deloitte Travel Compliance
‘Deloitte Travel Compliance’ app is an employer compliance management tool for tax, payroll & other obligations such as social security and corporate presence requirements. It connects Deloitte’s travel compliance platform with SAP Concur Travel, Concur Request and Concur Expense.
The solution aims to improve employer compliance and reporting through periodic analysis of remote work and travel compliance needs. Other features of the travel app include:
