SAP held its annual Asia-Pacific field sales event, SAP Field Kick-Off Meeting, in Sydney for the first time this week.
Among the partners presented with awards at the event was Deloitte, which took home 2018 SAP APJ Partner Excellence Awards for SAP Leonardo and S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Deloitte received the SAP Leonardo Award for its work with a leading beverage company using IoT sensors and big data analytics to monitor and analyse marketing campaigns, trade promotions and inventory management in real-time. The solution allows the company to respond to demand through real-time pricing agility and optimise its inventory through targeted discounts.
Deloitte Southeast Asia technology leader and Asia Pacific SAP practice lead, Angeline Leong, who was in Sydney to accept the award, said, “The significant investments we have made with our Deloitte Reimagine Platform offerings around SAP Leonardo show we are deeply committed to helping clients innovate with the new platform. This Asia Pacific award helps confirm that commitment as well as our SAP Leonardo leadership. As SAP’s first collaborator on SAP Leonardo, we have set our goals high – and we are very proud that our efforts are earning recognition across the region.”
On the S/4HANA Public Cloud awards, Deloitte Australia SAP S/4HANA cloud leader, consulting partner, Stuart Choi, said, “Deloitte is proud to receive this award – recognition of our leadership in using SAP S/4HANA to help businesses integrate their systems with the digital world and better anticipate and meet customer preferences.”
