LiveHire, a talent acquisition and engagement platform, signed a solution partner agreement with Rizing LCC, a global implementor of SAP SuccessFactors, a top cloud-based human capital management system. What will this partnership mean for the businesses?

SAP SuccessFactors has over 6,700 customers scattered across 200 countries worldwide. Under the new partnership, Rizing will help LiveHire expand its market by introducing it to its clients.
Rizing is SAP SuccessFactors’ second largest company which covers 40{8bf2b29f36318f0ac46ab1cc03d7035abce669a1cea16c9ed62389a818fa22fd} of its clients on a global scale. It also means expanding LiveHire’s clients to the US and Asia Pacific region. What will Rizing get in return for this deal? Rizing will be eligible to receive commission for every opportunity converted into a signed and paid client contract for LiveHire. Talk about win-win situation.
Since the partnership’s kick-off last June 6, 2019, LiveHire has seen boost in shares by up to 12{8bf2b29f36318f0ac46ab1cc03d7035abce669a1cea16c9ed62389a818fa22fd}. This means an intra-day high of 41.5 cents. This also means continuous collaboration with Rizing in delivering marketing strategies, staff training and other PR activities to increase brand awareness and to meet the expected demands.
Execs share thoughts on the partnership
LiveHire’s Chief Executive Officer, Christy Forest, shares her thoughts stating that they are “extremely pleased to partner with Rizing” who will play a big role in promoting the talent community platform and in building its reputation across continents. LiveHire considers this agreement an effective strategy because of Rizing’s extensive reach and market share.
Additionally, Rizing’s Executive Vice-President in Asia Pacific, Mike Ellis, said about the partnership:
“We are constantly seeking new ways to innovate and accelerate the process of talent acquisition for the HCM solutions we provide.”
He further claims that the partnership will help in accelerating talent acquisition while maintaining a compelling experience for the candidates.
