SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite was selected as the go-to solution that enabled Microsoft’s HR operations, which has been relying on the on-premise SAP ERP Human Capital Management solution for decades, to move to the cloud. The HXM suite fulfilled the software enterprise’s requirement for a cloud platform that could deliver on its mobile-first, cloud-first philosophy and provide a foundation for succeeding transformations.
