SAP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Partner, NXG Business Solutions, has announced it will acquire Australian specialist SAP Business Intelligence (BI) Partner, Controls Consulting.
NXG Business Solutions has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and provides software and implementation services in budgeting, planning and management reporting solutions using SAP’s suite EPM products.
Controls Consulting delivers reporting and analytic solutions on the SAP Business Intelligence platform.
According to Scott Taylor, CEO, NXG Business Solutions, the acquisition is a strategic one that takes the company one step closer to becoming the number one SAP EPM Partner in Australia.
“We have had the pleasure of working closely with Controls Consulting on several very large clients over the last two years, and their approach, reputation and cultural fit with NXG was second to none. Controls have a solid business and commercial background and approach BI from the same pragmatic, solutions focus as we do with financial performance management,” said Taylor.
“Having a complete capability from data warehouse to dashboard means we can now offer clients an end to end services relationship that so many have been asking from us for some time now.”
Director of Controls Consulting, Tim Noonan, will join Scott Taylor, Alan Contreras and Bernhard Jantschgi as a director of NXG and all his staff and customers will make the move also.
