Jason Laufer has recently been appointed as Country Manager for Qualtrics ANZ, as the company continues to address the demand for client experience management globally.

Qualtrics’ big move in hiring Jason Laufer, who has honed his senior leadership skills in the software industry, comes as the company embarks on its next phase of growth. The business currently keeps up with helping clients leverage experience management with cutting edge solutions to close the experience gap.

Brigid Archibald, Managing Director for Qualtrics APJ, mentions the company’s focus presently, adding that:

“The continued demand for Qualtrics globally and in ANZ is testament to our industry-leading ability to deliver the support and services businesses and governments need to design and improve each of the experiences they deliver with confidence and precision. As we continue to lead the way in building the experience management category we are making significant investments to expand our capabilities and expertise in 2021.”

Laufer to Offer Senior Leadership Skills

Laufer, who is also recognised as one of Australia’s Outstanding LGBTI Leaders, will now take on the role of leading the company’s more than 200 employees and its operations in the ANZ region.

Prior to joining Qualtrics, Laufer spent nearly six years of his career in various senior management roles at LinkedIn. Additionally, he has also served in leadership positions at IBM and Microsoft within the Asia Pacific and ANZ markets.

Passionate about workforce technology in today’s digitally-transforming world, Laufer is also on the advisory boards of Swinburne University of Technology’s Centre for the New Workforce and startup company WithYouWithMe.

Expert Approach in Client Experience Management

Dubbing Laufer as one of ANZ’s best business leaders, Archibald emphasises the significance of his appointment to the team. She comments:

“I am delighted he has joined Qualtrics as we embark on an exciting new chapter. His experience working with some of the world’s leading software companies and clear dedication to his teams is a great asset to our customers and employees and I can’t wait to see the success he brings.”

Commenting on the promotion, the new ANZ Country Manager said in a statement:

“We are experiencing a time of accelerated change, where all organisations and government are needing to improve each of the experiences they deliver. Qualtrics is providing a unique purview across customer, employee, product and brand, tying these together to add significant value and market advantage for our customers.”

He further expresses his excitement on taking on the new role:

“From the outset of my conversations with Qualtrics, I have been inspired by the company’s culture and vision for experience management. I could not be more excited by the amazing opportunity to drive and enhance the category here in Australia and New Zealand.”

By working closely with partners, customers, and employees to assist in developing experiences across four core pillars of business—customer, employee, product, and brand—Qualtrics ANZ is expected to further grow its customer base and partnerships extensively under Laufer’s leadership.

Moreover, other recent announcements of senior appointments at Qualtrics include that of Abhi Ingle as COO of Revenue Operations, Pre-Sales, and Industry and Brad Anderson as President of Products and Services.
