Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (most commonly known as Deloitte) and Keytree Limited announced this week their plans of joining forces—paving the way in creating the largest SAP-enabled digital transformation practice in the United Kingdom. The deal is set to expand the SAP consulting companies’ market reach in four other countries—Australia, Canada, India, and Spain.
The new venture will see Deloitte integrating Keytree’s business, assets, and workforce into its consulting services portfolio. Anne-Marie Malley, Managing Partner for Consulting at Deloitte, said in a press release:

The transaction will place the two SAP consulting companies at the best possible position to extend their capacity to support an ever-larger customer base as they embark on digital transformation journeys with SAP solutions. Keytree’s CEO, Dan McNamara commented,

SAP Consulting Companies: In-demand Properties
Deloitte’s acquisition of Keytree is one of several major deals that saw global players snapping up SAP specialists. Last year, US-based leader in SAP Business One implementation Vision33, announced an agreement to acquire SAP Gold Partner B1 Systems.
Consulting giant EY also acquired SAP specialists Plaut IT Australia and UK-based technology consultancy business AgilityWorks in January and December 2019, respectively.
November 2019 also saw Melbourne-based cloud consultancy BNW Consulting integrating with global IT services company SoftwareONE, as part of the latter’s drive to bolster its cloud computing and SAP capabilities.
