In 2020, at the height of supply chain and workplace disruptions caused by the global pandemic, German software enterprise SAP and contract intelligence company Icertis allied to help organisations accelerate the modernisation of their contract management systems in a bid to drive business continuity and mitigate risks. The collaborative partnership developed three integrated solutions that complement SAP technologies –Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) for SAP Ariba, Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) for SAP Customer Experience, and Icertis AI for Accelerated Contract Transformation– to propel SAP customers’ journey to becoming intelligent amidst unprecedented challenges.

Under the strategic partnership, SAP will be investing funds in Icertis to develop a product roadmap and build further solutions integration that would help their joint customers achieve enhanced efficiency and streamline contracts and processes while reducing risks. Merging SAP’s intelligent enterprise applications and Icertis’ intelligent contract management solution known as Icertis Contract Intelligence Platform, customers can expect to experience advanced analytics powered by AI, real-time contract intelligence, and great compliance for maximum business outcomes. Furthermore, Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) for SAP Ariba solutions and ICI for SAP Customer Experience solutions have gained SAP Endorsed Apps status, an invitation-only initiative that strengthens the credibility of partner solutions from earning SAP’s premium certification.
