The SAP employer of choice awards reached a total of 100 by the end of the third quarter of 2022, cementing the German enterprise software giant’s position as an industry leader in promoting a balanced work-life environment and a diverse and inclusive workplace for its employees.

SAP has been at the forefront of technological and business process innovations over the course of its history. It has also served as a model for transformation, demonstrating to other businesses how they can bring about change both inside and outside of their organizations in order to keep up with the ever-evolving needs of their respective industries. Indeed, it is common knowledge that the tech giant is able to catalyze the digital transformation successes of both its customers and the SAP Partners with whom it works by leveraging the company’s extensive portfolio of solutions and partner initiatives.

In recent years, and even decades, SAP has established itself as an employer with a track record that is nothing short of remarkable. The German business software provider has been receiving recognitions by a number of renowned organizations located all over the world. These organizations evaluate corporate performances based on a wide range of criteria.

As of Q3 2022, SAP was given a grand total of 100 Employer of Choice Awards, global certifications, and accolades across a variety categories — 47 for best employer, 23 for best workplaces, 20 for equality, and 10 for early career talent — reinforcing the company’s dedication to supporting its employees, customers, and partners in their efforts to achieve success.

Also during the third quarter, SAP was recognized by PEOPLE as being a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion, America’s Best Employer for Women, and Companies That Care. In addition to this, the company has also been selected as one of the Best Workplaces in Technology in both Argentina and the United States.

Commenting on the recent achievement, Ryan Olah, Director of Content and Community for Life at SAP, said in a statement:

“SAP is committed to being the most diverse and inclusive cloud company in the world, a place where every employee can make an impact and be appreciated for their unique perspective.”

Highlighting Company Success with Numerous SAP Employer Awards

Among the 100 awards received by SAP this year include “Canada’s Greenest Employers” by Top 100, “Hungary’s Most Attractive Workplaces for Career Starters,” “Best Places to Work for Disability” Award for Inclusion from Disability:IN, America’s Best Employer for Women from Great Place to Work, and Employers of the Future in India by Fortune.

Moreover, Great Place to Work UK identified a total of 140 firms headquartered in the United Kingdom as having accomplished the status of Best Workplace in Tech. SAP was placed sixth in the Super Large size category.

The results of the annual employee engagement survey that were submitted by employees determined the place that the company has on this renowned list. The findings are based on what staff of all organizations in the IT sector, including SAP, have anonymously reported to Great Place to Work UK.

“As an organization, we’re committed to ensuring that you feel valued, trusted and able to reach your full human potential, no matter who you are or what you do. There is always work to be done – but only by listening to you all can we take action to improve even further, which is why analyzing employee experience and benchmarking ourselves against other organizations is important,” SAP shared in an official statement.

When it comes to diversity and inclusion and work-life balance, SAP in Ireland has also been in the frontline of many of the German company’s worldwide efforts. It has signed on to the group’s corporate “Pledge to Flex” initiative, which allows for complete workplace flexibility so that employees always have what they need to be productive, creative, and efficient in the modern workplace. The SAP global implementation of a flexible hybrid working program necessitated redesigns of the Galway and Dublin offices.
