Constantly expanding its selection of products and services, the SAP Store recently added three SAP Partner offerings that integrate with SAP Ariba solutions. The products are designed to help businesses optimize their procure-to-pay processes, improve supplier management, and enhance spend visibility.

SAP Store — which is available via store.sap.com — provides a streamlined and integrated digital customer experience for accessing over 2,000 SAP and partner products, as well as for testing them out and making purchases or renewing subscriptions. Using the platform, customers from a wide range of industries may locate the SAP offerings and SAP-validated solutions they need to expand their operations.

Recently, EcoVadis has just shared the news that its Business Sustainability Ratings for SAP Ariba solution is now a SAP Endorsed App, downloadable via the SAP Store. The SAP Endorsed Apps are a subset of the solutions provided by SAP’s partner ecosystem. These apps are designed to support SAP’s diverse client base in becoming the most efficient and intelligent enterprises possible, with value and meaningful results expected from endorsed apps.

According to the company, over 850 procurement departments leverage EcoVadis’ sustainability ratings and scorecards to include their value chains in a journey to enhance sustainability in order to lower risk, build resilience, and boost positive impact. In addition, the system supports application programming interface (API) connectivity with SAP procurement software products, bringing sustainability insights to critical phases of the procure-to-pay (P2P) and supplier relationship life cycles.

EcoVadis Chief Product Officer Madhur Aggarwal stated that procurement teams, now more than ever, want readily available, validated information and monitoring of supplier sustainability performance throughout their entire procurement cycle. He explained that in addition to EcoVadis’s globally known rating system and integration to SAP solutions, the company’s status as an SAP Endorsed App stems from its successful completion of SAP’s stringent certification process, giving clients even more confidence in the joint offering.

Meanwhile, Darryl Gray, Global Vice President of Software Partner Solution Monetization and Success at SAP, believes that the development of an innovative ecosystem is crucial to SAP’s mission and the realization of the intelligent enterprise for SAP clients. Commenting on EcoVadis’ latest achievement as an SAP Partner, he shared:

“We applaud EcoVadis on achieving SAP endorsed app status for its app, EcoVadis Business Sustainability Ratings for SAP Ariba solution. Partners like EcoVadis are positioned to help us deliver a cloud-first strategy with integrated innovations, proven to provide value while solving key business challenges.”

Integrating with SAP Ariba Solutions to Improve Supply Chain Management

In October, supply chain risk management (SCRM) software provider Avetta, LLC, also made its SCRM platform accessible on the SAP Store. The platform integrates with SAP Ariba Supplier Risk to give vital information about the supplier management processes made possible by SAP Ariba solutions. Avetta’s platform allows organizations to instantly monitor supplier compliance and spot potential security risks in their supply chains. It also delivers critical insights for decision-making to help reduce risk incidents within a business.

The following are some of the features provided by Avetta’s SCRM platform:

  • Safety, liability, workforce credentials, sustainability, financial health, and cybersecurity processes are all managed on a single, user-friendly platform.
  • By allowing suppliers to showcase their strong business credentials to several clients via a single platform, it saves them time and money.
  • Employees can use the system’s centralized workforce portal to document their qualifications for specific jobs, as well as their training, skills, and certifications.

Sharing his thoughts about the company’s solution being added to the SAP Store, Avetta Chief Product Officer Taylor Allis said in a statement:

“We are excited to collaborate with SAP and offer our platform on SAP Store to reduce risks in the supply chain for our customers with solutions that will transform supply chain operations.”

Moreover, last month also saw the SAP Store adding TealBook Inc.’s Supplier Diversity Intelligence offering. Users are able to see tiny and different business certifications within their supply base because of the platform’s integration with SAP Ariba’s Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Supplier Risk, and Buying solutions.

According to TealBook, its solution gives SAP-using businesses access to richer supplier data, which in turn allows those enterprises to assess the health of their spending with verified and diversified small businesses. To make sure their innovation approach centers on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion, they can use this information to spur more diverse spending through strategic sourcing and directed purchasing.

“Through this partnership, TealBook’s supplier data platform enables businesses that use SAP technology to have better visibility into their supply base and the ability to truly capture, leverage and accurately report their qualified small and diverse suppliers. TealBook’s integration with SAP software is the next step in advancing the digital enterprise and empowering procurement with trusted supplier data,” TealBook CEO and Founder Stephany Lapierre said.

Avetta and TealBook are both active participants in the SAP PartnerEdge program. The SAP PartnerEdge program equips its members with the resources they need to develop innovative solutions for their clients’ businesses in a timely and cost-effective manner.
