Unified communications software company Consilium Software and Application Relationship Management (ARM) software provider vArmour have joined the SAP PartnerEdge program to take full advantage of the SAP ecosystem, grow their businesses, and further harness the power of partnership with the German tech giant.
SAP recognises that partners play a critical role in assisting enterprises of all sizes — from a wide range of industries — in transforming and operating their business operations. The SAP PartnerEdge initiative was established to expand the scope and application of SAP software, help the company in capitalising on rapidly growing and emerging markets, as well as provide businesses with the opportunity to engage in the SAP ecosystem through various categories and partner levels.
In 2021, the company launched a new Partner Success unit to support its ecosystem and channel partners in improving profitability and growing their businesses. New initiatives including solution test and demonstration capabilities, an interactive dashboard for tracking partner engagements with SAP, as well as an enhanced go-to-market and revenue-sharing plan for partners, were introduced that same year.
Committed to driving customer success with offerings that help them gain a competitive edge today, Consilium Software, customer engagement solutions provider, and vArmour, a data center and cloud security company joined as members of the SAP PartnerEdge program.
Consilium Software Becomes a Member of the SAP PartnerEdge Program
Consilium Software has signed a partnership agreement to become an SAP PartnerEdge member, giving both the company and SAP a gateway to expand into new markets, foster innovation, and deliver success for various customers. Under the new collaboration, Consilium Software will act as independent software services provider (ISV) in order to accelerate the design, creation, and commercialisation of its direct integrated software and solutions by leveraging application programming interface (APIs) from SAP business applications.
For over three decades now, Consilium Software’s solutions have helped transform customer experiences (CX) by going beyond omni-channel to combine the capabilities of customer relationship management (CRM) and contact centers, as well as building practices with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI). Describing it as a “new milestone” in the company’s journey, Consilium Software CEO Pramod Ratwani expressed his gratitude to the SAP certification and integration teams for their remarkable support. He further shared in a statement:
“Our strategic partnership with SAP will enable organizations relying on SAP’s market-leading technology platforms to take advantage of Consilium’s high-quality, disruptive products with confidence. The SAP PartnerEdge program provides Consilium access to all relevant SAP technologies in one framework under a single, global contract.”
vArmour Accelerates Innovation with SAP’s Ecosystem
Last month, application relationship management software provider vArmour also revealed that it has joined the open ecosystem of the SAP PartnerEdge initiative, with a Build specialisation. SAP PartnerEdge – Build allows partners to enjoy rapid onboarding and enablement, develop new technologies using the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), build exposure to over 440,000 SAP customers, get access to a comprehensive set of go-to-market services, and commercialise their solutions globally via the SAP Store.
By engaging in the program, vArmour strengthens its capacities to design, create, and implement SAP integrated solutions to solve critical security use cases. In addition, vArmour intends to upgrade chosen SAP platform technologies in order to improve both on-cloud and on-premise applications.
Through its contributions to the open ecosystem, vArmour seeks to enable enterprises that utilise SAP products to establish guidelines that control operational and cyber risks, boost service assurance and application resilience, and facilitate secure cloud migrations. Commenting on the announcement, vArmour Senior Vice President of Customer Transformation Jeff Jennings said:
“vArmour’s ongoing commitment to helping businesses manage cloud security, risk and resilience through a continuously-observable platform perfectly complements the SAP environment.”
