Dr. Michael Schmitt
Dr. Schmitt joined SAP in 1999 and worked in different roles as developer, architect, development manager, and product manager. For about six years he focussed on security topics in and around SAP products. In his role as development manager the feature Read Access Logging and SAP Enterprise Threat Detection were developed in his department. In June 2018 he became the global product manager for SAP Enterprise Threat Detection.
Barbara Kohde
Barbara is a Presales Senior Specialist for Application Security at Micro Focus with over 15 years experience in the IT industry. Over these years Barbara has worked very closely with a broad range of SAP customers across Europe, Asia and Australia/New Zealand.
Barbara has been involved in software security from her early days, having originally been responsible for the protection of all personal data according to European laws in one of Europe’s largest conglomerates, Kloeckner KG’s. Later on Barbara extended her focus to the broader area of testing including functional, performance and security testing. Barbara’s experience has been in advising customers on how to build, implement and optimize testing strategies to mitigate risk, save costs, accelerate testing cycles and deliver better service to their customers/business units.
