Navisite, an American IT company that provides managed cloud services, announced that it has acquired Dickinson + Associates as part of its strategy to expand the firm’s SAP offerings and help SAP customers worldwide accelerate their digital transformation and cloud adoption.
Navisite’s chief executive officer, Mark Clayman, explains why the IT firm chose the Chicago-based SAP systems integrator:

- SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA strategic migration services
As for Dickinson + Associates, the acquisition enables its existing SAP customers to receive new opportunities for innovation through Navisite’s SAP offerings.
