The new SAP Concur solution extension harnesses the capabilities of the WalkMe digital adoption platform to encourage regular and correct use of Travel and Expense solutions.

In recent years, more and more companies have expanded digital adoption solutions (DAS) deployment within the organisation– going beyond sales function to ERP, HR, and digital workplace. COVID-19 has further strengthened DAS’ market position as a pivotal technology to assist both new hires and current employees with the new ways of working, which includes learning new applications and reinforcing training. According to the Gartner report “Improve Employee Usage, Engagement and Productivity With Digital Adoption Solutions” published in November 2020, 70{8bf2b29f36318f0ac46ab1cc03d7035abce669a1cea16c9ed62389a818fa22fd} of organisations will be deploying DAS across their technology stack by 2025 to fulfill the need to enhance application user experiences.

Since 2011, WalkMe Ltd., a leading provider of DAS platforms, has been helping organisations accelerate modernisation by increasing user adoption of their digital assets through WalkMe’s Digital Adoption Platform, a no-code software platform that provides executives enhanced tech stack visibility and insights. WalkMe seamlessly integrates with SAP solutions as demonstrated by solution platforms WalkMe for SuccessFactors that offers a seamless digital employee experience whether at home or in the office and WalkMe for SAP Ariba, which helps accelerate processes and offers visibility and control on procurement end to end.

WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform for SAP Concur

Expanding its innovation partnership with the German software enterprise, WalkMe has recently partnered with SAP Concur, a global leader in travel, expense, and invoice management solutions, for a solution extension to help companies maximise their SAP Concur investment. The new solution extension Concur User Assistant by WalkMe that leverages WalkMe technology is a customisable, code-free digital adoption platform that enables organisations to make the most of SAP Concur solutions to drive outcomes, increase ROI, and enhance employee experiences. This new solution adds to the roster of SAP Concur solutions released in 2021.

“Congrats to WalkMe for expanding its partnership with SAP as part of the SAP Concur partner program. In a world driven by digital adoption, this solution extension is the ultimate way to drive efficient employee onboarding and best employee experiences,” Orna Kleinmann, Managing Director SAP Labs Israel and Senior Vice President at SAP Cloud Platform, posted in LinkedIn.

Relating the technology development to the ongoing workforce phenomenon, WalkMe Chief Business Development Officer Amir Farhi stated that “The Great Resignation” has also led to “The Great Acceptance”, which indicates that organisations need to reinforce their strategies in delivering excellent employee experiences as they welcome the influx of new hires. Explaining how the new solution can support this radical change, he said:

“With WalkMe, organisations can analyse digital adoption and usage trends across applications, users, business processes, and departments, which are critical to understanding how to improve user experience. As new and current employees are faced with a growing number of applications to learn and use to perform their jobs, solutions like Concur User Assistant by WalkMe puts the power of digital adoption into the hands of all SAP Concur users.”
