SAP has released the first two of a series of “focused solutions” for SAP Solution Manager, providing additional specialised features and functionality to the platform on a subscription basis.

Focused Build for SAP Solution Manager provides a methodology and toolset to manage business requirements as well as simple improvement requests and software development in agile innovation implementation projects of SAP S/4HANA. Originally created for large engagements of SAP MaxAttention services, it includes business demand and requirements management, integrated risk management, and collaboration features that allow users to orchestrate business and IT units as well as global development teams.
Focused Insights for SAP Solution Manager allows users to build and distribute customer-specific dashboard without custom programming. The dashboards and reports can provide information on operations, monitoring, governance, application performance and program readiness. The solution allows for both personalised content and the tailoring of content for all roles within an organisation.
SAP plans to introduce more focused solutions for SAP Solution Manager later in 2016.
The solutions are available on a per-user basis from the SAPStore.com, priced at €250 per user per year.
