SAP AG today announced the appointment of Luka Mucic to the position of chief financial officer of SAP AG, effective 1 July 2014.
Luka is the successor of Werner Brandt, who will withdraw from the Executive board by July 2014.
“Luka Mucic is an internationally experience financial expert and leader, with the highest reputation and trust throughout the company,” said Brandt.
“I am very excited about his future appointment as CFO; Luka not only has an outstanding expertise in all business areas of SAP, but has also gained valuable international experience during his career at SAP.”
Mucic started his career in the legal department of SAP in 1996. After a number of finance leadership positions, he was chief financial officer of the German operations of the company from 2008 to 2012. He is currently responsible for Global Finance.
