X4™ the Qualtrics Experience Management event will be featuring heavyweights from various industries as keynote speakers including actor and business owner Ryan Reynolds.
Coming from a three-year pause, Qualtrics is finally bringing back the world’s biggest event for experience management professionals, X4™: The Experience Management Summit, on March 7-9 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City. The SAP-owned company and leading experience management specialist shared the summit’s full agenda including the roster of inspiring keynote speakers, practitioner-led break-out sessions, customer breakthrough stories, and XM product training, among many others.
On what to expect of the much-awaited XM event, Qualtrics Chief Category & Brand Officer Kylan Lundeen said:
“With two full days of intense learning and content, X4 is deeply pragmatic and practical, but it goes far beyond what attendees learn––the magic of X4 comes from what they feel. X4 attendees will be inspired to raise their own bar and use the XM platform to create the next wave of customer and employee experiences––the moves that shift markets, challenge industries and define careers.”
Throughout the pandemic years, Qualtrics has launched several XM products offerings to help companies and employees navigate the new world of work– from creating a set of tools and resources to address global COVID-19 challenges like the Healthcare Workforce Pulse to the Qualtrics XM Platform reaching 10 billion Experience iDs.
In March, the XM company will be showcasing the X4 summit to offer opportunities for the event attendees to be inspired by thought leaders, learn from customers’ success stories, train for XM products and programs, and participate in XM Basecamp Live, a masterclass in customer, employee, product, and brand experience.
