COVID-19 has dramatically and irreversibly changed the ways of working, putting employee experience at the forefront of every organisation’s transformation strategy. More than ever, companies had to quickly integrate technology in their employee engagement programmes to ensure that the entire organisation seamlessly adapt to the new working landscape, processes, and means of collaboration.
The recent Qualtrics research involving more than 200 CIOs– the C-suite leaders responsible for the organisation’s information technology strategy– revealed that critical to the overall employee experience is the employees’ technology experience in today’s continuously evolving digital workplace. 94{8bf2b29f36318f0ac46ab1cc03d7035abce669a1cea16c9ed62389a818fa22fd} of the respondents believe the IT experience is important when it comes to attracting new talent and 90{8bf2b29f36318f0ac46ab1cc03d7035abce669a1cea16c9ed62389a818fa22fd} believe it’s important when it comes to retaining talent.
